Hammer professionals use many types of cleaning and blasting tools. Depending on the type of damage and the material damaged, we match the right tool and media for the job. Power washing is used when appropriate. Soda blasting and media blasting work very well in specific situations. Soda blasting is similar to sandblasting, except baking soda is used instead of sand and is far less aggressive. We have experience in the use of many other types of media blasting: Corncob, Walnut and Dry Ice. Each type of media has its advantages and disadvantages depending on the specific application needed.
